First of all, Bazzese is using integrated graphic, he has very low fps, thats his cause. 1.Turn vertical synchronisation off. 2.Try using fullscreen. Anyway it will be fixed by the client side anyway.

When your characters lags, does it say something like "you can't walk there" or "there is no way"? Also I think that it happened to me when I was having higher ping using my mobile connection. Could you please check your pings?
