Private spawns should never be made, they can be exploited highly. Looks ok, could use some detail on the island to the left and possible some decorated interior items (Special tables, chairs and wall mountings)

It depends completely on what your doing. If you do decide to run 8 programs actively clearly the AMD will be better but the i7 still has 4 threads so efficively its a 8 core also, by a rule of thumb power wise 2 threads is equal to 1 core but it if your running 4 active programs I dont see you...

Its ok, eBay do sell cheap prebuild PC's also without OS. I would go with somthing like - VIBOX ZETA-R ★ AMD FX QUAD CORE ATI HD 6770 16GB RAM 1TB WINDOWS 7 TOP GAMING PC | eBay GDDR5 graphics card, 7770 area always one of the best value for money cards. Eight core CPU coz why not. 16Gb RAM.

Well diablo can be hungry, my pc also has spikes with my 2500k @ 4.0Ghz and 6850. But a SATA2 will be fine for a older SSD, they are still sold fairly often with a good 200mb read/write.

RAM is good, should be enough for most games if your only using that 1 application. HDD could be the problem if its slow with a small cache. CPU is good enough. GPU could be a problem, although its 2GB 630 thats quite low spec/speed and its GDDR3 which makes it worse than a 1GB GDDR5...
