Just in case someone still have problems with doCreatureAddHealth on statsChange, I recommend taking a look at this fix I put on otx2. The fix itself is just this: FIX1 It was latter optimized to only call the 'getSpectators' function when the creature has been moved.It can be found here...

Easier way: Instead of setting a global storage(which would require 1 for each npc) just set a storage on the npc itself. It would function basically the same way, but you could just ctrl+c and ctrl+v to the other npcs.

Between OTX2 and OTX3 you are probably safer with OTX2. It has received a large number of optimizations/bug fixes recently
