Tutorial Running Cipsoft Server Files

got everything running, now when i try to select a character it says the password and account is incorrect
 
You should edit the part about "3x binary" and replace it with "BoneZ hex modified binary to use old libs" or "Toor virgin binary"
 
yeah that confused me until Ezzz told me it was just the monster files :p
that php script to change the rates is quite useful.

These 2 link doesnt work, if anyone could upload the querymanager (actually I think I still have the source code for it but as I remember it was not complete) and the sql file.

Register at http://***************/, login in and try download again. These link work properly

I created an account there but I'm unable to download any file from ***************, getting "no file" error for all the files listed there.
Edit: Seemed to be an issue with adblocker/ublock, using safari it worked, cheers

Ok i got, vmware, got installed centOS 3.1, got downloaded all "cipsoft files" so..
Who wanna connect to me via teamviewer and make it working? ;>

What the f? It says in the first post how to install it. Arent you even gonna TRY doing it yourself? Asking for help without even trying.. sigh..

I dont know how to put game folder into /home/ i dont know where is /home/, im just loged to centos as a root, and got cmd line, i dont know what commands to use. There is no such info in tutorial.

Google a bit about basic linux commands and filesystem structure. Use Google.. It's your friend.. Can you explain to me how you are supposed to learn if you want everything handed to you? Its better to learn instead right? That way you can do it again and again, teach others etc etc.
 
I got this error:

OTServ QueryManager

Unable to create server socket (2)!

Quick fix ?

EDIT: nvm solved it.

Solution: Delete the pre-compiled querymanager.

May not be a solution for everyone but worked for me.

When I tried to run the game server I got an error saying : cannot find config-file.

What config-file ?
 
Trying this on Centos 7.
I've got Query Manager and Login Server up.
LoginServer listening on TCP 7171, QM on TCP 7173, Game set to TCP 7172 through QM.
But when I run ./game
Code: 
Starte Game-Server...
Pid 17380 - horche an Port 7172
LaunchServer: Fehler 99 bei bind.
error.log: LaunchServer: Fehler 99 bei bind.
Bind Error Again -> Begin FloodBind :(
Haven't seen this error elsewhere so thought I'd ask (question being: what's wrong?).
I know it says bind error, but I don't understand why.
Edit: I should probably ask in the Cipsoft Vanilla thread instead.

Read the tutorial again. It's in there..
Search the main post for ".tibia"... CTRL+F to search...
