Guys... i need to know the difference because i saw a post about making a new habilit in tibia and the guy that made the post (2014) used TFS in the file const.h and later in the same post he used the Notepadd++ for edit other line in the code. why don't use only notepadd++ i can't understand, there is invisible lines in notepad++ that i can only see with TFS ? Solution
If you used Notepad++ like you mentioned above to edit const.h or any other TFS source files then after finishing your edits you'll have to recompile your files in order to get your new executable file/engine with your latest edits.
but you can just used Notepad++ for editing Lua scripts without anything else
Notepad++ is a text and code editor
TFS stands for The Forgotten Server which is the open tibia server engine/source/emulator
Both of them aren't related to each other at all but you'll have to use code text editors to script/edit your source files (TFS) like Notepad++ and Sublime Text.
You should read more here.

but if i only use the notepadd++ (because i found every line in the notepad++) will work or i need to do somethings in the TFS and other things in the notepadd
