C++ Do dont count player with Proxy in 'player online'

Hi,
I added my server to the otlist and it was banned instantly.
I have everything necessary in the source to avoid being banned (don't count more than 3 MCs, don't count players in the no-logout area), so I contacted Xinn. He asked for the logs and it was sent to him, after his analysis, he said that many players are playing using proxy.

Obviously, my server is all translated into PT-BR so 99% of the players are from South America and as the host is in Canada, due to the geographic distance, most end up using proxy to reduce lag. (about 20 to 30% of people use proxy).

So I suggested to him that I don't count on online who is using a proxy, how can I do that?
1) How can I make a code to count all real IPs and eliminate Proxy IPs?

2) I wondered, do the big servers also use this system of not counting proxy players (server with 500player+?)


I imagine that the big servers don't use it, because he asked me for o create a solution and send him what the code would be like to not count player col Proxy.

It's so common for people nowadays to use lara to redact their ping

But this is a good idea too. It is time already to a new otserver list begin, we may support a new one :p

As Brazilian, why don't you host on brazil?

Have you ever tested some hosts here?
