This server is nice actually, the only issue is the GMs.
They literally ban people for nothing.
Me and my wife were playing and all of a sudden a GM pops up on my screen, calls me a botter, proceeds to taunt me for like five minutes, then disappears. Literally two minutes after that the same GM pops up on my wife's screen and says "OH! A multi-client botter!" And proceeds to ban us both.
The server's Discord is full of people making threads about unjust bans, etcetera.
If you have a life, don't even bother playing this server.

Same, i teach my dog how to use f1, use the mouse to dance to not log off and put runes in hand, say spells and eat food and just because my dog didnt answer, he bann my druid, its sad how this gm bans ppl and well trained dogs just because he thinks we are botting or multiclient

Here's a ticket a friend of mine had.
FYI they have no systems for catching botters, they go on what their gut tells them.
Eric knows nothing about developing a server or even creating small scripts, all he did was copy the fibula-server repo from @jlnunez89 .
The reason this has any relevance is because they're banning people just because they want to, and people minmax 4-5 hours just to get out of Rookgaard.

Weird coincidence, I was just checking out Project Fibula and came here to find me being tagged, haha.
I was looking forward to try the server out but I missed the last account creation window. In the meantime, I'm looking to see how I can play from a Macbook (as they don't seem to support OTClient)...
Anyhow, it's definitely not using what I wrote a while back (or the continuation for it. as the repo you linked is a very old one)... well, I guess just the name. In fact they use The Violet Project, or so I read... either way, not my work.

Dont play on this shit, this gms is really crazy i had to made ticket on discord to go out from fking rookgard, I made ticket, they asked me from where I know about project fibula, i said from fb probably, they ask from which Group, I said i dont think its matter but I dont remember anyway it was like 2 months a go when I saw to this so I doesnt care which fking Group it was, then they asked me what vocation i want, I answer that I want druid, and this is the end of our conversation i log out on one hour, later I login after on hour and bam im banned! Ban for this that i wanted go to main!!!! Can you imagine this?! How sick they have to be? I just wanted go to main thats all and they banned me lol, im solo Player i dont played in Tibia from 15 years and I thought that project fibula can be nice experience, and it was very nice experience until i wanted to go from rookgard to mainland, I heard stories aboout ban for nothing but ban for going to mainland? Rly?!

This is sad part about the server - Eric will take your Guild Hall if he decides that you do not use it correctly. 3 members guild or personal use, doesn't matter. He does it if he feels like it, and sadly it looks like he feels like it only when it suits someone he befriended. There is a GH that a 3 man guild owns. Owner is inactive. Eric is "thinking" about it for almost a month now, but he easily replaced guild hall ownership in same situation instantly when Apogean guild asked him to (maybe because he is a friend of the leader...)
I love the server. Loved Eric before the server, watched his content, I usually lvled my chars on real tibia based on his videos. Loved his work on early stage of the server, but as the time goes on, I feel worse and worse about his decissions and the way he operates sometimes.
That being said, server is still lovely, just sometimes poor choices are being done by the administration.
Heard a lot of mean stuff that Teddy did, however personally I never witnessed him doing anything like that (he sometimes gets mad and replies like a drunktard that gets his fists clinched indeed, but haven't seen him doing bans etc. out of anger)

I played a bit on the server, the re-creation is nice. I found the biggest issue was the few toxic players making other people miserable. Its free to play so there really shouldn't be complaints about how he wants to recreate the server
If you value your time, don’t play here. The administration is corrupt and hands out bans for no real reason. There are no proper ban systems in place, punishments seem to be based on guesses and the admins current mood. Over time it becomes clear that if you’re thinking about playing longterm, Tibiantis is the only worthwhile option.

1 ) Hello everyone, I want to share my experiences with this server. It started with the fact that if you want to move from Rook.Gard to mainland, you have to submit a ticket on Discord, and that takes, without exaggeration, 1 to 8 hours, usually 2-3 hours. During that time, you also have to stay online and answer incoherent questions like, for example, why do you want to join the community? That was the most professional thing I experienced there. So, a friend of mine invited me to this server, and then my wife and I started playing. As soon as we got to mainland, the GM came and ran tests on us for the same !P , which wasn't actually a problem because I'm a fan of GMs who take good action against botters, multi-clients, etc. But at that point, my wife and I weren't aware of how deranged the game
2 ) master is. He's a real stalker and interferes in the game from behind the scenes. We had these same IP address tests three times in three days, and I don't even want to know how often he was watching invisibly. Regarding the issue of backstabbing during gameplay, for example, when I/we were doing runes, a level 8 sorcerer named (DontAfk) came along and almost fired a BP SD.S at me, then ran off again with M Wall. He did 25-30 damage. You could have used Efields, everything is expensive there. The problem was also that the GM's close friends sit next to Carlin on Senja, and I killed 3-4 of them while AFK. One of them was ranked 5-8 on the Magicka Level 58 list. The loss will have cost him weeks or even months of playtime. This Draude who sits there is also a moderator. Once, I was shot at level 13 by a level 81 near Edron Cyclops.
3 ) Unjust because I was with When my friend killed a Cyclops, I thought to myself, "What's going on here?" The GM had nothing to do with it, but it just goes to show what kind of crazy people play there and are accepted. Anyway, things continued in the way I am: when you get killed, you get upset, and insults and threats fly, as has always been the case in Tibia, for which there were and still are appropriate punishments, or so I thought.
When I was hunting dwarves with my girlfriend and we were keeping the caves clear, a player took out his hatred and anger on her and killed her because he realized she was a woman and wanted to act cool. Poor guy! I insulted, threatened, and humiliated him. He reported me, and then I got banned. When I logged in, it said it would be until the 14th. I thought, okay, it wasn't cool of me to go off like that, but I thought his actions were so pathetic that I couldn't help myself. During that time, "my wife" made runes and killed players on Senja Island to get some starting credits. I thought that once my ban was lifted after 7 days, it would be fine. Oddly enough, every now and then a level 38 RP named Revange comes to kill us. Since we always kept our level 11 to make runes and kill players, we didn't care. If you kill, you get killed, that's just how it is. So far so normal, but his words made me suspicious. For example, he always said, "Are you proud of that?" three times. For instance, I said, "You're one of Senja's, I killed your friend at level 58," and he asked, "Are you proud of that?" He also said, "I looted so much," and asked, "Are you proud of that?" When I told him he could kill me all he wanted, they'd keep losing, and he asked, "Are you proud of that?" Then I kept saying things like "ape" or "worm," which wasn't a direct insult, and he was about to report me again. That's when I realized it was either the GM or some poor, close friend of his. He then logged out, offended, after 30 seconds. So my ban was over, and I was ready.
When I went hunting with my wife again, when I tried to log in, it no longer showed 14.2026 but 15.2031. I then asked my wife about it via her account, and she said that even for a minor ban offense, you have to file an appeal ticket in Discord. If you don't, you'll be permanently banned, which isn't mentioned when logging in because he wrote something about it in the rules. The
4 ) game master forces his contact on you, claiming you need him, just like with the houses. He acts like there are problems with the house side, even though the server operators easily managed that 20 years ago. He wants attention, recognition, and so on. On a corrupt server
Where Eryk's friends can craft runes infinitely, even with a magic level above 50+
While the GM harasses those with 35+ magic level every single day
If this server had cameras, I think this GM would already be ruined by the sheer amount of evidence against him
I once saw him crafting items between Mines Kazzo and Femor Hill, and I picked up one of those items. The GM simply threatened to ban me if I didn't return it
But as I said, it's a shame there are no cameras on this server

Well, I'm here to introduce you to some friends of the Project Fibula administrators who have GM protection from being banned, on Eryk's orders.
How is it possible that they ban rune makers en masse daily, and these two people have an enormous magic level?
Everyone who plays version 7.4 knows how long it takes to reach a magic level of 55+.
Now I wonder why these people aren't banned, given the massive number of rune makers they create daily. For a level 39 magic player to reach level 60-61 and be among the top magic level players, they must be crafting runes for 10 hours a day.
Where is their justification for all the runes they create?
Then they complain that their friends don't have protection.
