Hosting a server is LEGAL. Playing on an open tibia server is ILLEGAL. CIPSoft would never want to sue an Open Tibia Server. In my point of view, and by my experiences, CIPSoft leeches ideas from Open Tibia Servers. And plus, there are soooo many open tibia servers and people who play them...
