Hi people was wondering if anyone could make cyberpunk themed sprites with neon lighting holographic npcs etc Just an Idea i might start making a cyberpunk themed OT

Seems cool but i think the sprites need to change like Im going to try it myself and change the lighting and give it like a neon glow feel and add holographic stuff etc

I was wondering if anyone could make like a cyberpunk themed map and sprites with tall buildings

what about the items level will they have level requirements because in old tibia you could collect 100 pieces of iron to make a sword and a lvl 8 could use a decent sword as long as they had decent sword fighting

I hope you guys make this a balanced server unlike most pokemon ots where you cant face the first poke gym unless your pkmn are like lvl 70
