Bro, ofc you can't login with your local ip and can login with 127.0.0.1 because you set it in config.lua, if you want to login with local ip like ex: 192.168.1.* , you have to change it to local ip instead of 127.0.0.1 And also you can't login with your global ip, because it's kinda a loop...

Can you login with local ip and God? If yes check that you set gameworld to open
