This has probably happened after a server crash. After a crash, the online field in players doesn't change back to 0 because the players don't log out normaly. The solution for that problem is either manually change every field to 0 in players table. Or wait for each person to log in or out again.

Reinstall RME and it should be solved.

Go to your database and check if the ones who's online on your whoisonline.php has a "1" under online in the players table

Does the bank npc work? So you can deposit and withdraw gold from him? If that's the case, then the bank npc probably use a storage while the rest of the system uses balance from the players table in your database. What client are you using?
