Yea I know but I find it hard to update to a newer distro and get it working fine, always finds bugs in map, scripts etc and nothing works, I'm not that good anymore. I was hosting when 0.2 was the good part and my rl friends like it oldschool so we would like to continue using old clients etc...

Open the ports for your site, like 80, 3306 and 443? And have you activated your hosts? Some sites may require that.

I think your server needs a graphics card? Else I have no idea, could be that the dedi-server wont focus on your ot-server?
