Yes it show outifts,(you can check in mine, it shows too) http://vipnw.sytes.net/onlinelist.php but it doesn't looks so good i think it will be better if you put the outift in the same td of the name, or creating a new tr and a new td at the end and adding a padding in CSS will be very nice!

Yes, i have downloaded without install like you. you only need to search RME.exe of your folder , and it will be the same. Open you otbm file, it will says you you not have any program to open it. Click search program in Windows /it will give you a list of applications installed, go to search...

Open first RME / CTRL + O / and search your archive, // and to solve the problem when you open the file you need to chose a program to open it, go to where you have the exe of remere's and select it. (and always load with this program)

I move the fonts to /use/share/fonts and executed the comand sudo fc-cache -fv, it say me added to fonts, but the website doesn't take fonts.
