i think the closer are NPCs from Snowz Thyranic but in my opinion there are npcs from more then 2 packs

The NPC has weird names like:
MAGIC.xml
FOOOD.xml
LOOT.xml
ITEMS.xml
PARCEL.xml

Anybody recognize which Archived Distributions it fits?
