Well, there is much bugs..At second/third floor.Also some in houses and in forest.
And i've seen already that someone shared this GhostOt map..Probably the owner, when he closed it or smth.

The stairs for second floor are bugged.
You can open the doors of few houses.
Monster bugs at quests.
Etc...
