This is the server which every other is based on ie.(TFS,Evolutions,Naxed) basicly all of them ! and is also maintained by the OTServ leaders ie.SimOne ,Remere

I don't think this is better than 0.4 lal

and Crystal Server is also good..

This server is not recommended to beginners but to advanced users I can say.
TFS 0.4 have alot of functions but OTServ has alot better stability + have all usefull functions too.
 
Tells me cannot start becoz MSVCP100D.dll is missing from my computer. Where do i get that lol

Yes, does anybody uses latest rev of tfs 0.4 ?
There are some revisions which are considered as stable like 3777 nobody uses latest trunk of tfs 0.4 because there are always bugs in there from what I have heard even critical like cloning items because some players aren't saving etc etc if you will take a deeper look at tfs 0.4 bug reports you would have seen that.
 
In my opinion OTServ is more stable than TFS. Stability is better than new no usable functions.
I migrated my server from TFS to OTServ without problems - one hour job!
