Adding custom monsters

i made a custom creature, added to to monster.exe put it in the right spot, i know i did because i can summon it ingame. i imported it to RME and placed a couple, but when i started my server it said
[29/08/2011 23:03:27] [Spawn::addMonster] Can not find Bloodthirsty Bear

did you place it in monters.xml?

E.G:

<!-- Elephants -->
	<monster name="Elephant" file="Elephants/elephant.xml"/>
	<monster name="Mammoth" file="Elephants/mammoth.xml"/>

@up he said he placed it in monsters.xml.

The only solution i can think of is putting the script of the monster into another un-used monster such as a skunk. Or check your server console for errors that might be stopping the map from loading the monster.
