Algorithm of creating OTS

Hello, im experienced but I also consider myself retarded. I'm managing one project and i feel very anxious. Am I missing something?

Server is anime-based
1.Established linux server
2.Done with engine and basic server settings
3.done with custom client, both new sprites and .pic
4. done with map
5. done with spells
6. done with quests and whole gameplay related things
7. Rammstein music while programming-done
8.Added monsters,talkactions, raids, items, events, actions and other scripts

Seems ok but i'm thinking I'm missing something important in my algorithm. I do not have option to test while game now, I have to foresight and manage to deliver working game till next week.

Ok, im retarded. Forgot to start up acc maker, do some basic advertising and forgot to set up forum. I have to thank myself for shitty memory. Also It's Bleach based server and if someone is interested in participate/help we can talk pm.
