Suggestion Allow negative reputation!

reputation is abused, negative rep would be abused.
disable rep = NO ABUSE :)

That's not really what I meant.
I meant more of, once getting rep power, you also get negative rep power, but not the same amount.

The only people I would negative rep are people who abuse the rep system really <_< We all know there are some people here with multiple accounts, rep their accounts back and fourth, and get "reputation" because of it.
