No, it doesn't, it actually needs a bit less details, and by details I reffer to the grass tuffs on top of each other and also all the bordering IMO looks like actual shit, would be better if it was just plain normal bordering.

Use raw for starters. It could be a cool piece, but it's really ugly the way it's made right now.
Use raw, and use the right water borders.
 
I like it because of the realistic feelings, but I wouldn't like to use it in-game, because this scenario doesn't fit Tibia, imo :p

But I agree that it is spammed, the gravels mostly (never liked them on roofs).
 
Are you just naming ur town Winterfell, or trying to copy it? Cus Winterfell sewers does not look like that at all.

Mapping is fine tho
