Cool, I never knew how to do the basement. A bit empty, but it's OK!
 
I didn't get any inspiration from a movie(if "Water 7" is a movie xD), you might be right though ^^

I think he meant the tv show "One Piece" and perhaps "Water 7" is a place they visit during the storyline or something, i dunno. One piece is crap.

Yes, they are quite wide, but they look good because of the city style. ;)
