Battle problem

theres a problem when i kill a monster, it stays in battle list, with no life until i get off the screen...

anyone know how to solve it?

Ps. it also stays on the screen.. to remove the battle problem its just addon battle module:

if health <= 0 then
  removeCreature(creature)
  end

on function onCreatureHealthPercentChange(creature, health)

but it still stays on screen after hes dead...
