Can connect to MySQL but players cant be loaded

so im just starting up a server and everything is running nice and smooth except i cant get on to the account manager.. i signed on it once and then did something in config i guess that made that stop working? the error i get on the server is ERROR: Failed to load players record. Which is where the account manager resides

Did you try to redownloading the server?
