Can i host an ot?

Can i host an ot, im using a zyxel p-60 router, i cant open ports manually cause my Internet company changed the´password of the configuration, i got dynamic ip, cant change to static.
Is there a way to host?

(i have to call them for them to open the ports from remote acces)

yep call em, open port 7171 tcp/udp 7172 tcp/udp and 3306 tcp/udp (80 if u want a website)

but what ip would i use it to open it?
cant with dynamic.

On every router there is a reset button... Google for your model and find the reset button, then the router will be resetted.. login code will be something like this Acc: Admin Pass: Password. If you give me 2 minutes I can link you your standard login

i tried reseting it and it got disconfigured once :S, is there any tutorial in how to portforward using dynamic ip?
maybe using no-ip dns?
how to do that?
