Can some body help with hosting a website ?

i am using xampp,my sql i have installed Gesior Acc and when i go on site it gets my router site

so i duno if i should host the site or not

actually i am a noob in doing site !

Do you have your xampp running?
Try going to "http://localhost/" or "127.0.0.1".
The problem is that you are connection to your router.
Connect to your computer IP instead etc.
192.168.0.180 (Computer) instead of 192.168.0.1 (Router)
