can walk throw objects

Hello, i have a problem, when i add a tree, or a sculpture into my ot server, people can walk throw it :/, and when i put non walkable in item editor, people when walk to it, they are kicked back you know? like when the floor is for premiums only for example, so my question is how can i fix this plz?

Ok i just replaced my items otb with OTX 2.52 and the correct version, added a tree to test, and still having the same problem :/
 
Before you changed the otb file was there any problems then? Could it be your items editor thats bugged?
 
i changed my items.otb because of the problem, the problem already was there before changed it, and i don't think item editor is bugged :S, if it were there should be more post about this >.<
 
i tried another program and the same happens, but here is a question...how does the item editor identify a item to make it solid? for example, how does it difference when i add a wall sprite and a weapon sprite? because aparrently there is no buttom to make tha wall sprite solid, not walkable

damn, i don't have any photos, but is very easy to understand, let me explain you...
normally big items are made for 4 squares right? being the right bottom the one non walkable right? well when i add these rock, or trees, i can walk through that non walkable square. This happens with statures, trees, rocks, and i imagine that also with smaller items :/
 
Did you added it the same way as other rocks/trees/statues? Or already tried to use them as example?
what do you mean with the other trees or rocks? you mean the ones are belong to tibia? i didn't have to add those since they are already in the game
and is it not only with one, it happens with everything i add
