back in time on your first version both rifbot and that arkilys bot were running fine, did you manage to make them detected? if yes, can you prove it somehow?

While the R***** Bot did not work since our first launch in September 2023 (a link to the comment can be provided via a private message), the Arkilys Bot was working but was detectable. This time, it shouldn't be an issue, but we need to launch the server with our anti-cheat to check if the bot owner will be able to bypass it. The latest software version does not work, but that is typical for his bot while the client has had any updates.
We have positive feelings about blocking full afk and semi-afk bots, but we will see how it goes.
Once again, it was, it is, and it will be our main priority to prevent, block, and ban all bots and all accounts connected to their users. This idea has been consistently executed since day one.
As I wrote earlier, I'm looking forward for this server and me and a couple of friends are going to play.

We did not directly target any bot software. We always try to prevent injection methods and possibly detect if prevention is insufficient.
As written, it was imperfect before, but it should be way, way, way better!
For the second part of your question, yes there are more bots, from 2 licensed programs you did not mention one didn't work at all (prevented) and second was automatically detected (detection) while used.
There are also some private pixel bots, but due to their nature (not being public), we can only infer from manual checking that they were not a big problem on the server.
- Spells and their mana costs - we decided not to add it to the wiki, as it is hard for 2 people to maintain (more things to update while changes are being made); for that, we would recommend spellbook in the game. We know that it is not the perfect user experience, but that is our sad reality: we have to cut some work that is not essential.
- Mana regen/hp regen - we use the original regeneration forumlae from 7.4. However, when you select your vocation, leaving Rookgaard, your regeneration is upgraded to promoted vocation regeneration. We do not have promotions on our server, so promotion bonuses are built-in for every vocation for free.
- Exp share and how it works - Let's write down all exp bonuses here:
Base Exp Rate: x2
Global Boost (not permanent): +0,2
Stamina: +0 (does not exist)
Guild bonuses (No Guild/RPG/PVP): +0/0/0,1
Party per vocation bonus: +0,03 (4 vocations, total possible bonus: +0,12)
Maximum exp rate with all bonuses active: x2,42
Exp share rules are based on level and dealing damage, as in the retail Tibia. - Perks(?) - If you mean traits, then information about that system is written on our wiki. If you were thinking about items' perks then they are permanent per item.
- Runes stacking - Runes do stack on Darkrest.Online. You can have 1000 charges on one item slot, as well as 1000 arrows, and 1000 gold pieces.
- Modifications vs. "regular" tibia 7.4 - there are many. A lot of them are mentioned in the first post as well as all custom systems, and a lot of respawns as well as some quests. To list them all we would need to go over all 3,361 server changes and 789 client changes. Unfortunately, as in the first point, there is not enough time to create such a list, and we do not think anyone would read that.

what do you mean by 'virustotal doesn't detect (...)'? ofcourse many avs will detect if your program will have hooks to alter mouse or keyboard inputBtw, I didn't know that VirusTotal doesn't detect mouse hooks

if they use setwindowshookex to hook 'WH_MOUSE_LL' (which they most likely do to detect global mouse inputs) it won't be detected as malware because... you can't really do much besides monitor mouse inputs
(or bypass 'injection' flag)
