cannot connect to game word!!

im using hamachi and its working to me but my friend is trying but he can open but when he press on account manager he cant log in to game he got error

in you config and when you are gonig to get no-ip you are going to put that ip, when you are going to open ports you are gonna use this ip you get here: cmd then ipconfig
