Windows Can't connect to MySQL database.

After i moved my server to a dedicated server i got a few problems. I can connect to DB using Navicat 8. PhpMyAdmin and comanline works too. TFS run fine.

Everything is running etc, i can log in to the server without any problems, when im trying to connect to the homepage i just get the error "Can't connect to MySQL database."

I hope someone can help me.

Nop, double checked everything. the otserver is running without any problems, i just cant get the "homepage" to run.

There isnt rly a error message, when ever i try to enter the site or reinstall it, it dosent get any conections to the mysql server.
