Windows Cant Login But loads character list

my friends making a server he can log in the account ect.
but when i try to log in it shows the characters list but wont let me log into the character..

the ip in the config and everything is right
character temple position is also right..
does he have to portforward his ip or something?

cant anyone help?
or know wat the problem is?

He needs to open both port 7171 and 7172.

Actually 127.0.0.1 (default) works too because it's the same.

k thx guys i fixed it

now i just got a problem with my map editor when i try to load the full tibia map.. it gets to like 79% then it shows me a error to contact support..

anyone know wat i do? or maybe a better map editor i use remeres or w.e it is

Do you use the latest version of remeres? If not you can try updating.

Remeres still is the best map editor (if you ask me and alot of others).

i mean this map editor loads every other map Just not the FULL TIBIA MAP!!
