Most likely they are using a map editor they wrote themselves. Why would they use tools we do? Do you really think that our stuff are compatible with their stuff?

Before ot's were invented rl tibia had to be invented so what were they using to map then =) , just think about it
It would make more sense to update their software rather than use our's
