No... It occurs when you login on Account Manager... Check the config file, the first few lines. If namelockManager = "yes" then change it to "no" so it would look like this:

	-- Account manager
	accountManager = "yes"
	namelockManager = "no"

The manager is active meaning the "yes" is marked but when I try to log on the account manager itself I get the message that it's namelocked =/
This way no one is able to make accounts and play.

I just added a new line called namelock and placed no in q and bam! fixed <3
