Lua CONDITIONS PzLocked

Hey i need function on PlayerPzLocked but it must work on tfs 0.2.
May in some CONDITIONS it is saved?

Npc Traveler must have pz travel protect.. Because pz'ed players running out by travel.

I need help to fix bugs on my server
