CPU Usage 100%

Does anyone know what could be the cause of my server going from about 2% CPU usage to 100% CPU usage within a few seconds?

Im also running a website.

Perhaps it's pathfinding who's causing these problems again?
 
Yea I also thought it was someone doing it, but how would I find out who is doing it?
 
None is doing something, or maybe someones does.

I have problem with the last TFS (0.3.5 pl1) too, I use almost all memory, so i guess it got a memory leak somewhere, else your have been attacked/pinged.
 
I found out that everytime my server crashes/laggs out i get this type of error in my error log :

I also run out of memory I have 4bg total and the server uses no more than 1.68 but is suddently goes up and the server stops without any error message, what can I do.
