Creaturescripts - hand on = spell can attack player ?

Hello!
I have small question!
It`s possible to do that creaturescript :
- If you dont have hand on red(on)

your spells deal damage to players in zone(range) of your spells ex. exevo gran mas vis is zone spell.
- If you dont have hand on (its off)

your spells doesn't deal(ignore player in zone) any damages to player.

Its possible ?

isnt it possible to check secure mode status in lua?
if it is use onCombat(no source edit)
