i asked form your permission, you said not so i dont used, but i forgot to remove one form your sprites, this i know, we wrong (is a colt)
but we asked first form you, you can look at your profile messages, in case of spoof-ghost he was ripped in another forum.
and in this other forum nothing says: not for public use.
 
well thats correct i din't put that it wasn't for free use but still people could have known who looked trought the treath. Anyway i don't want to bring havoc, i just don't like it if things getting taken without permission normally i wouln't mind if people used my sprite's but this concerns a serious project wich i put alot of work and time in so there for i don't like it if other people start to use it even befor our project is completed.

was not my intention use ripped sprites, i dont saw copyright and nothing (in br forum where you really was ripped).
i will remove your sprites, but next time to avoid it when you post add an watermark or something...

Syntax.
1. It's open tibia you're suppose to share but stealing is not the same as sharing. It's all about morales and ethics.
2. Like they would respect it anyway, you would have to get a patent for each sprite which is not worth it plus a lawyer to enforce the case.

1. Your argument is counterproductive
a) I didn't say we "have" to share, I said supposed to share.
b) So if the creators don't want to share then they don't have to. (Same goes for the private svn)
c) So your argument is that we don't have to share...exactly my point, this is all stealing because the creators didn't want to share.

2. You're instigating
a) Mock already agreed to comply, why are you being a dumbass.
b) Of course the spriters just appeared when the server was released, noone else knew about it before then, we aren't BR, we don't check the BR forums.
c) Think before you post.

Anyways, I guess Mock could always talk with the spriters about what he could use, since they are the original creators. There's just certain TLR specific items that I don't want to see over-used in other servers.
