I cant enter it, cause i gotta give him an eternal flame, well alright, can happen, then i wanna bring him an eternal flame but the stairs is bugged :X

Actually you can go there if you brought the flame before, just go to npcs zone and enter in the hall of mysteries door, then walk north to the second tp, then enter and you are there
