i want know... how i can change de text of the image, "buy poins" and "shop offer"

can someone please tell me how?

Not sure if this is what you mean but if I understood correctly then:

1. Go to your folder /xampp/htdocs/layouts/ and find the folder of the layout you are using. For example if you use tibia layout, open folder /tibiacom
   
   
2. Open layout.php file.
   
   
3. Click Edit > Find (or if you are using Notepad++ do Search > Find... or CTRL + F) and look up for something like this: subtopic=buypoints
   
   
4. Then you should see somewhere in that line, the "Buy Points" thing it says on your website, and you can change it to what you wish.
