editing items does not work!?

hello! i got a little problem! some days ago i made ice rapier 22 atk instead of 40! but when i change in items.xml it does not work anymore! other items too, if i edit them and reload the item list nothing happens, for example:

17:22 You see a golden newspaper of destruction (Def:20, magic level +4).

in items :

<item id="9004" article="a" name="golden newspaper of destruction">
<attribute key="description" value="It protects your from enemy and gives you a magic boost!" />
<attribute key="weight" value="5000" />
<attribute key="magiclevelpoints" value="4" />
<attribute key="defense" value="20" />

</item>

does not work :/ did not find any scripts :-(

You must resart ots, not only reload items.

and nothing into movements? or both? =O and what should i write in movements :d

When u edit weapon u dont need add code to movements.xml. When u make new items u must add code.
When u only edit "ice rapier" attack u must save file and restart ots.
