What is wrong ? i Already compiled the TFS 1.0 without errors but now i have it --'

I have the same error. I have opened ports but when I change Ip from "localhost" to global IP the error appears.
With localhost I can enter but people connected in LAN cant join.
Database and webpage works correctly
