Windows Error when i start the 8.31 server.

Hey guys!
Iv been trying to solve my own problem in one week now.
When I'm trying to put on my 8.31 Real tibia map I get a error then the error is.

[16/03/2009 20:55:56] > MySQL ERROR mysql_real_connect: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

[16/03/2009 20:55:56] > ERROR: Failed to connect to database, read doc/MYSQL_HELP for information or try SqLite which doesn't require any connection.

Please help me!

if not, open xampp-control and start MySQL
