It is actually a very dark grey, but that doesnt excuse it for looking like black. Let me see if i can fix itJust make sure you dont have an edge that is more then 2 black pixels, better use some dark grey color then

Allright thanks, good practice for me to try and deviate a bit.looks better imo, maybe @Anevis: some second opinion? ^^
Oh okay Yellowhat, that sounds very reasonable practice. I may post all 4 results or just the one i like bestA good practice for you right now is to make 1 outline but shade it in 3 or 4 different ways.
Either with different color or with different scales.
Meaning that you make one very bright, one very dark and 1 or 2 between.
Ontopic: the latest sprite looks good. Handle has a sharp wooden look. But the top looks a bit cartoonish.
Keep them coming!
Nice sprites and cool set, love to see the rest of it.
Just 1 thing, better don't use black lines in the sprite but a darker color of the colors you use. Tibia uses black lines as outlines for sprites, ingame it can look like that some parts belong to different sprites.
Yeah you're getting better. And that's what you do keeping doing lots of sprites.
I did this as a follow up for what I meant earlier:
Remember that I haven't done items in a while so you shouldnt follow my examples but its marely to show what I meant.

a little improvement for the blade and the handle, but the gold parts suck
Faceless, you're improving, you should find some tutorials, I'll send you some when I find the links.
