Fix the paralyze

Seriously, the paralyze doesnt work at all now, u get paralyzed and it stays on u like 20 seconds after u hasted. Its been like this all day, FIX IT the first thing u do!!

Do you think Talaturen won't notice the other 10 threads about the paralyze or what?
It's not 20 seconds, it's 2.5 seconds and it has been like this all day because people are saying the paralyze is too weak so he tried to fix it.

I am currently working on changing the code so that it will work like mentioned here:

The patch for this will be applied after the next server save because it's changes in the server core that requires a restart which happens during the server saves.
