Quality of Life update 2.0

• Runes can now be conjured even when blank runes are in the backpack.
• Removed the delay to move items between different containers.
• Increased the requirements to be muted due to "spamming".
• Minor bug fixes.

Yeah Its fun gameplay, a bit buggy but definetly fun. I haven't played lately cause I haven't had much time but i think 3.5x exp to lvl 50 and 2x from there on would fit the server perfectly and some more cool custom stuff.
