If the server was supposed to come up at 18:00 CEST that means it should have been up 52 minutes ago.
If you look at the website you will notice a message posted with this time "Posted on: 2016-06-25 14:55:44"

He tried to release the server eariler than advertised.
14:55 CEST was around a little less than 4 hours ago because right now it's 18:52 CEST.
