@Tomato red 250 players still seems like a lot if you ignore 50% of the online count. Unfortunately I think it's pretty hard to have a successful server without MC chars; it's just how Tibia 7.x was designed. From back in early 2000 on RL Tibia until the OT servers of today, there has never been a successful server with many players on this version without people using MC (and in doing so boosting the player count).

Is it really that bad? I mean it's obviously not the same, but it just looks like some minor things like:

• The outline around the face, which none of the old sprites has. The new sprites with a beard looks much better around the face because they lack the black outline. None of the old outfits have the black "outline" for lines within the sprites.

• The lack of shading in general and particularly in the face. The old sprites have a smoother shade under their chin rather, where the new sprites has no shade and a sharp black outline.

These minor things probably require deceptively much work to fix, due to all the rotations and animations. As for the sprites themselves, the only thing I don't like is the knight outfit not being "armory" enough and the premium dude has some kind of anime hair.

So now I got nowhere to play. Won't play random OT's. Do you think he will ever go back to atleast normal outfits? I really want to play now but I can't do it with these outfits, I NEED the 7.4 feeling. I can accept new maps and everything like that, but outfits makes it an entire new game which I can't stand.

i think people that can keep playing the same game over and over again have a very special kind of autism, i love the new sprites, gives some freshness to the same old boring game i've played for 20 years, nothing changed mechanicly, still the same game, just better look. with some outfits being bad imo
