It's indeed true that we are very busy and it's surprisingly difficult trying to respond to every pm.
Just message me here at otland, or send me a PM at our forums and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Of course you can also try to contact me in-game (god atte) if I happen to be online at the moment.
And that's just me, you can do the same to any other staff member too, we aren't ignoring anyone.

There's indeed a rush in the beginning, but as @Lindemans said, just be patient and we will help you as soon as we are able to.

• Fixed NPC Svenson
• Removed pz area near the first glooth slide at Oramond minotaurs
• Fixed NPC Flint tradelist in Oramond
• Added more minotaurs to Oramond
• Adjusted Ghoulish Hyena haste
• Glooth slide teleports you to town from the boat if you have casted enough votes
• Sandra gives you a lottery ticket for every 100 potions drunk.
• Fixed questlog with Summoner Outfit quest
• It is possible to access "deeper" Fenrock without having to talk with Maris
• It is possible now to access Fenrock DLs without having to sacrifice a golden mug
• Sweaty Cyclops will inform you if you don't have enough money when creating koshei's amulet
• Fixed endurance test in big foots burden quest
• Fixed buddel at Helheim
• A lot minor map bug fixes
• Many other general minor fixes
• Added !commands command
  Please note that majority of these fixes will the affect after the next server save.

Did you know?
We don't have general "training monks", but you can find target dummies at Edron.
You need level 75 to pass the door though.

Known issues that will be fixed very soon

• Can't place items in market although the item is in depot.
  Quick fix - re-log on your character
• Can't stack certain stackable items

These issues are looked into at the very moment, you can expect them to be fixed very soon.

You should add Migration tool for the Flash Client. Started playing a bit here because of that client, but no map kinda sucks big ;/

Update log:

• Created Portuguese and English help channels, the names speak for themselves.
• Fixed a few pz-area bugs at Ankhramun
• It is now actually possible to cancel bidding on a at the website.
• Updated the following NPC's at Oramond (mostly tradelist)
  • Silas, Mordecai, Alaistar, Edmund and added Maro.
• It is now possible to leave the knightwatch tower.
• Fixed one wagon that didn't take you anywhere on The Hidden City of Beregar quest
• Glooth bag, belongings of a deceased, gooey mass and
  gnomish supply package give items with full charges now.
• It is no longer possible to create a player with monster, npc or city name.
  Everyone with such name have been name-locked.
• It is possible to complete the banshees queen quest without doing the seals.
• Fixed some immunities with Glooths
• Eremo is now selling AOL for 30k, and buying it for 25k.
• Fixed many minor map bugs.
• And more general minor bug fixes..

Please note that the vast majority of these will take effects after the next server save.

Connection issues to Americas
We have been lately have some connection issues to Americas, "spikes" and such.
We are trying to resolve the issues together with out hosting provider. Try to bear with us, we will keep you updated.
"X-log" protection will be adjusted very soon as well.

I highly recommend changing from euros to usd, euro is hard for people from the US since we mostly pay in USD. Also over 20 euros for an outfit? lol this is insane, why are all real maps only out for money??
