DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A SITE WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD FREE VIRUS PROTECTION? (scan and removal) because my norton360 is not that good

I would download Zone Alarm Pro and get a keygen for it, that's what I did when I had a virus and some keyloggers and it fixed my computer perfectly.

I personally prefer Comodo, it's got both firewall and antivirus in one, and it hasn't failed me once since I got it.
