I think there are ppl that would like do quest / hunts / team hunts and everything else. PvP is free option on pretty much every server, so im deffinetly voting for All Included
 
Some1 should really think abouth 7.4 or 7.6 tibia server, wihout any custom area's, but stable long road server, low or maybe mid rate exp / skill / mgc ...

I think custom areas are important and only thing people are missing from their custom servers is their own WIKIA PAGE! for quests.
