Group access and account type?

Hello all.
I want to know what does the group access and account type do? I mean, if the player has (example) group access 1 then when someone look at him he'll see the name of the group. What more does group access do?
And of course, who can use and what does the accout types do? Like, account type 1 is for player and has "Chat, Help, Trade". Can someone explain this better? Sorry for my english. Thanks.

It defines the real access of the player, check in your commands.xml and you will see what commands are for what access level.

You are talking about group id. I think access is like boolean, 1 or 0. But what does it do, I wanna know.
